1. Appointment Policy

By booking an appointment with Little Roots Studio, you agree to the following:

• Appointments require at least 24 hours advance notice for booking
• We serve one family at a time to maintain a calm environment
• Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment
• If your child is unable to complete the haircut, you will not be charged

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, especially with children. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and credit/debit cards. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive transactional text messages including appointment confirmations and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Policy for details.

5. Sensory Accommodations

Little Roots Studio specializes in sensory-friendly haircuts. We do our best to accommodate every child's needs based on the information provided through our intake form. However, we cannot guarantee outcomes for every child. Our goal is to create a positive experience, and sometimes that means taking things slowly or trying again another day.

6. Liability

Little Roots Studio takes reasonable care to provide a safe environment. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times while in the studio. Little Roots Studio is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur.
