• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups via SMS and email

3. SMS/Text Message Policy

By providing your phone number and booking an appointment, you consent to receive text messages from Little Roots Studio including:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders (typically 24 hours before your visit)
• Booking updates or changes
• Responses to your inquiries

Message frequency: You will receive approximately 2-4 messages per appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future texts. You will receive one confirmation message. You can re-subscribe by replying START.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information:

• Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Access to client data is restricted to authorized studio staff
• Sensory profile information is kept confidential and used only to prepare for your child's visit

• Clerk — authentication

We collect children's names, ages, and sensory information solely for the purpose of providing our services. This information is provided by the parent/guardian and is used only to prepare our studio for each child's visit. We do not collect information directly from children.
