What to Expect at Your Appointment
Pre-Visit Preparation
We'll send you photos of our space and a social story to share with your child before the visit. You can tell us about your child's specific needs, triggers, and what helps them feel calm.
Wait in Your Car
When you arrive, send Carla a text. If she doesn't respond right away, she's finishing up with her last family and will let you in as soon as she's done — no waiting room required.
Private Suite Entry
Walk directly from your car into our private suite through a separate entrance. The entire space is yours — no other families.
Go at Your Child's Pace
We never rush. If your child needs breaks, we take breaks. If they need to stop entirely, we stop. Building trust is more important than finishing the haircut.
Celebrate the Win
Every visit is a success — even if we only touched the hair for 30 seconds. Progress happens over time, and we celebrate every step forward.
